As for me...
I’m Kevin, but you can call me Kev! I’m an actor, singer, musician, puppeteer, dancer, and writer, but most recently… I’m a Disney magic maker. Currently, I am performing with Disney Cruise Lines in their productions of Aladdin, Frozen, and Disney’s Believe! I am also a part of the leadership team on board, and am the staging captain for current cast of the Disney Fantasy (not to be confused with captain of the ship- that’s Mickey Mouse!). I look forward to taking part in Disney’s Emerging Leaders Program in a few weeks. It has been a great joy to be a part of bringing back the magic, and the return of live theatre to the high seas!
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, I graduated from Coronado High School as valedictorian of my class. Surrounded by the live theatre and popular music from a young age, I caught the bug early. My grandmother was my dance teacher/Mama Rose double agent extrordinaire, and my grandfather gave me my first piano lessons. I went on to continue my training in piano and dance, and began taking lessons in guitar, acting, and voice.
In my time at Coronado High School, I was the solo musical theatre winner at the Nevada State Thespian Festival, and solo vocal performance winner at the Nevada State Solo and Ensemble Festival. I was also a national anthem singer for the Las Vegas 51’s minor league baseball team, Las Vegas Wranglers Hockey team, and U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
I went on to earn my BFA in musical theatre at Penn State University. While at Penn State, I played The Guy in the first production of Joe Iconis' new musical Love in Hate Nation, Fabrizio in The Light in the Piazza, and Laurie in Little Women (with original Broadway director Susan Schulman), among others. After graduating in 2018, I signed with The Hybrid Agency and moved to New York City.
Since then, I have performed regionally, on tour, and on ships in roles such as Iago in Aladdin, Sven and u/s Olaf in Frozen, and Peter Pan in Disney’s Believe aboard the Disney Fantasy, Eugene in Grease at Pioneer Theatre Company, Linus in A Charlie Brown Christmas in the 2nd National Tour, Pinocchio in Shrek, Big Deal in West Side Story, and Dennis in All Shook Up at New London Barn Playhouse, and Clopin in The Hunchback of Notre Dame with Fuse Productions. Outside of performance, I love writing songs, puppets, all things Disney, and buffets!
